Late Arrivals / No-Shows/Last-Minute Booking
You may be charged full price (or your package or gift certificate deducted) for missed appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows. If you are booking within less than 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged if you cancel or do not show for your appointment. If you booked in advance, please give 24-hours notice if you need to cancel or change appointments. We understand emergencies, illnesses, and inclement weather. We do not offer "reminder" calls at this time. Please contact us via phone call to your location so the staff can be notified to cancel or make changes.
Gift certificates and special deal certificates
Please provide the number or purchase date by entering in the "notes" box.
Gift certificates and packages for specific services and session times may not be broken up into smaller services or used for different services. Exceptions can be made, however additional payment may be necessary, or the value of what was paid may be applied to services at our regular rates.

Let us know how we can customize your session by indicating in the "notes."
